I love cheesecake. I baked one yesterday, trying the "Classic Philadelphia Cheesecake" recipe.
-1-1/4 cups HONEY MAID Graham Crumbs
-1/4 cup butter, melted
-3 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
-3/4 cup sugar
-1 tsp. vanilla
-3 eggs
I also added whipped cream and cherries for decoration!
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake 40 to 50 min. or until centre is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.
This recipe can be found on the inside of the packaging of your cream cheese bar or on their site.
How it turned out: (it's a little messy, I know.)

Welcome to "lovely-cake"

Hello! I am an aspiring bakery owner, a girl who simply loves to bake. I think a cookie or a cupcake can brighten up anyone, put a smile on their face, and a little sweetness in their day. I made this blog to share my experiences with you in my journey of baking. I hope "lovely-cake" will inspire someone to pick up a recipe, a spoon and a bowl, and start to create.

So read, bake, and smile.
